About the Role:
This full-time summer internship provides hands-on experience supporting the property operations
team. You’ll gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of multi-family real estate properties while
helping manage vendors, contracts, and special projects.
What You’ll Do:
Participate in creating portfolio wide processes and procedures related to property
management, leasing, facilities, sustainability and corporate initiatives
Work on special projects related to property management, leasing, and facilities.
Attend operations and leasing meetings with property teams and take notes, track follow-ups,
and support action items.
Prepare analysis in Excel to analyze trends and/or property metrics and assist with special
projects, as needed.
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for property management
and facilities initiatives.
Act as a company representative and point of contact with vendors.
Provide operational and analytical support to property management, marketing, and leasing
agent personnel based upon the strategic plan with respect to each property.
What We’re Looking For:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
Any experience in property operations, asset management, or related experience a plus.
Interest in learning about the operations of multi-family real estate
Highly proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong work ethic, integrity and commitment to meet deadlines
Positive, “can do” attitude
Authorized to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
