Food Service Team Leader
Job Summary
Coordinates and leads the operation of Food & Nutrition Services. Oversees daily production and quality of product at all three locations (St. John's, Memorial, & South campuses). Responsible for compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and standards. Responsible for sanitation and food code compliance of department and area.
Qualifications
Education
- Required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience:
- Preferred
- Two or more years of experience in Food Service
- One or more years of experience in teaching or training new hires in multiple areas
Certification/Licensure:
- Required
- Food Safety Manager Certificate
- Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
