The Team You Will Join
You’ll be part of the Special Services team, working closely with, special education teachers, general education staff, and school administrators. This team is responsible for supporting students’ communication development and ensuring they can access their educational programs effectively through appropriate speech-language services and supports.

In this role, your work will directly impact students, teachers, and compliance by supporting the delivery of speech-language services, helping students build communication skills, and ensuring accurate documentation aligned with special education requirements.
You’ll help support learners, ensure compliance, and enhance student experience, contributing to Primavera’s mission in a meaningful and visible way.
A Typical Day Looks Like
While no two days are exactly the same, you can expect to:
This role blends assessment, intervention, collaboration, and compliance and is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, student-centered, and committed to supporting diverse learners in an educational setting.
- Conduct speech-language evaluations, administer assessments, and determine eligibility for services in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Develop and implement IEPs while providing direct and indirect therapy services to support a range of communication needs
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with IDEA and district policies
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication across educational environments
- Participate in IEP meetings, support RTI/MTSS processes, and supervise SLPAs when applicable
Your Expertise Includes
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders or Bachelor’s and SLT states requirements.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist PreK–12 Certificate issued by the Arizona Department of Education.
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
- Valid Arizona DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school-based speech-language pathology.
- Experience supporting AAC systems and assistive technology.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or other languages).
