Job Details
- Operate Robotic Welders: Fabricate high-quality parts and assemblies for Offroad, Powersports, Fishing, Boating, and Outdoor enthusiasts.
- High-Tech Equipment: Work with cutting-edge Fanuc Robots integrated with Lincoln welders.
- Smart Automation: Use autonomous robots to send products downstream and return empty carts with the click of a button.
- Quality First: Perform quality checks to ensure only the best products are sent out the door.
- Shop Stewardship: Keep work areas clean and organized while taking proper care of our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

Qualifications (Entry-Level Welcome!)
- MIG Welding Knowledge: You must understand the fundamentals of MIG welding, though previous robotic experience is not required.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software interfaces.
- Detail Oriented: A strong eye for quality and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Winning Attitude: A desire for self-improvement and a passion for working in a fast-paced shop environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Ability to handle and move materials frequently, including occasionally moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to respond quickly to visual and audible cues.
