This role is critical to maintaining production flow, balancing demand with capacity, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.We are looking for a planner who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can translate demand, capacity, and material availability into executable production schedules.What You Will DoBuild and manage production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and material availabilityPerform capacity planning across machines, labor, and production resourcesRelease and manage work orders within the ERP/MRP systemMonitor production performance and adjust schedules to address delays, downtime, or constraintsCoordinate priorities with production leadership to maintain efficient workflow and on-time deliveryIdentify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve throughput and schedule adherencePartner with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure materials support production schedulesMaintain accurate planning data within ERP systems and support operational reportingTrack key performance metrics including schedule adherence and on-time deliveryWhat You Bring3–5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment requiredAbove average Excel skills including vlook up Experience working with ERP or MRP systems requiredStrong understanding of manufacturing operations, production flow, and capacity planningAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsAdvanced organization and prioritization skills in a dynamic environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
