As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Cash Application process and AR Revenue Recognition Audit, as well as month-end reporting and reconciliations. In addition, responsible for a collection portfolio and attaining divisional goals (DSO and cash), and minimizing financial risk. AR-related projects.
WhatYou’llDo:
- Manage the cash application process. Work with the AR team, bank, credit card processers, and Treasury to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Manage the monthly AR revenue recognition audits to ensure policy compliance and accuracy
- Month-end reporting and reconciliations
- Continual communication with customers to ensure invoices are paid on time for the assigned portfolio
- Meet forecasted DSO and cash goals
- Analyze and reconcile customer accounts
- Review credit limits and payment terms
- Assist with projects as necessary
What You Bring:
- 5 years relevant experience (Collections, Customer Service, Process Supervisor)
- Clear understanding of basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of JDE is a plus
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Intermediate
- Strong organizational and analytical skills

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with qualifications and performance taken into account.
