We are currently seeking local Electricians to work on commercial electrical construction projects in
Lincolnton, NC. This is a temporary position for a local project expected to last
4-9 months. Pay ranges from
$25.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on
experience and state electrical license.Responsibilities:- Apply advanced knowledge of electrical theory and NEC code
- Perform NEC calculations
- Execute all types of conduit bends using various bender types
- Install raceways, boxes, cables, panels, breakers, and transformers
- Assist with wire pulling and switchboard installation
- Install light fixtures, devices, and cover plates
- Connect branch circuits including terminations and equipment
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Maintain basic knowledge of control systems and components
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED
- 4,000+ hours of electrician experience
- Current state Electrical Apprentice license (per state requirements)
- OSHA 10 certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
