Candidates must currently reside in Austin and be willing to travel approximately 10–20% within North Texas as the region continues to grow.
Role Overview
The Regional Managing Director plays a critical leadership role in expanding Housing Connector’s impact and increasing housing security across the region. As the senior market leader, you will hold full accountability for market performance, owning strategy execution, partnership development, funding growth, and operational excellence.
You will build and sustain deep relationships with property partners, community organizations, and public sector stakeholders to drive measurable, scalable outcomes.
