Open Doors is seeking a Residential Financial Coordinator to play a key role in managing participant funds, financial tracking, and compliance—while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Position Overview
The Residential Financial Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of financial coordination tasks, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), payroll, participant funds, taxes, financial reporting, and analysis. This role also collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures and provides support to executive leadership.
Essential Functions
- Track residents’ expenses and reconcile them with receipts
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and state guardianship for:
- Personal spending
- Room and board
- Quarterly Resident Trust Accounts (RTA)
- Deposit checks to the company bank
- Create spreadsheets each month on specific dates according to:
- Room and board
- Personal spending
- Stipend payments
- Conduct monthly audits of room and board, personal spending, and stipend payments
- Understand and work with participant funds systems RFMS
- Track and monitor FHP payments
- Perform other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
- No supervisory responsibilities
Compensation details: 24.04-24.04 Yearly Salary
