What You'll Do:
- Service & maintain HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, RTUs, splits, heat pumps)
- Diagnose & troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and communicate with customers
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
- Work independently & collaborate with dispatch to ensure seamless service
- Respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule
- Mentor and guide less-experienced technicians
What You Bring:
5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
Universal EPA Certification
Leadership skills & a team-first mindset
