Join our physician recruitment team as a Junior Physician Recruitment Consultant and we will provide full training, coaching, and mentoring to learn the role and industry, allowing you the best chance of success – we invest in our people!
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven, self-motivated, commission-based environment with high-earning potential in your second year.
We are seeking someone with a strong agency recruitment background who is motivated by results, confident on the phone, and energized by closing placements — this role offers a significant long-term upside.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate engagement to placementWork with multiple clients and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentGuide candidates through complex recruitment and licensing processesConduct high-volume phone, email, and CRM-based follow-upsCoordinate and manage interviews across multiple stakeholdersBuild long-term candidate and client relationshipsMaintain accurate records and pipelines within the CRMCollaborate closely with internal teams supporting sourcing, business development, and job creation
You have:
Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment experienceExperience recruiting across multiple clients and roles
No previous physician/medical recruitment experience required – the training you will receive is specific to our company objectives, sales model, and global market.Strong sales orientation with measurable resultsCommitted to pursuing your career in sales, you are self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic with the drive and ambition needed to succeedExceptional people skills – empathetic listener, persuasive communicator, comfortable with inbound and outbound phone calls, cold calling and information gatheringComfortable with high phone volume and follow-up-driven workflowsProven ability to manage long recruitment cyclesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with communication.Office 365 proficiency and professional office setting experienceStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, good relationship-building skills you are an empathetic listener and persuasive communicator comfortable taking inbound and making outbound phone callsExperience in high-volume or commission-based recruitment environmentsDemonstrated history of exceeding targets or quotas preferredCRM proficiency an asset
