The Exus Technical Operations Department is seeking an IT Intern for our Summer 2026 intern program out of our Corporate HQ Pittsburgh, PA office. This is a paid full-time position. The anticipated duration will be approximately 8-10 weeks from June to August 2026. Duration, start and end dates are flexible to each candidate’s school schedule.
Internship Overview:
The IT / IS Data Analytics Support Intern will be responsible for supporting the Technical Operations team to modernize information systems and information technologies to support digital transformations. This internship will be project-based and will require cross-departmental coordination to successfully complete the project assigned. Additional supporting tasks related to IT and information systems, data pipelines, data warehousing, reporting methods, and IT/IS asset management will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in digital transformation and data warehouse implementation per the defined internship project.
- Recommend (and aid in the creation of) any tasks that can be automated.
- Suggest modifications and improvements to processes, documentation, and relevant new technologies to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Assist with the other Technical Operations daily activities related to IT / IS and data analytics support.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, data sciences, engineering, or other relevant technical fields.
- Experience in Python, shell scripting, and other relevant scripting languages.
- SQL and API experience preferred.
- Experience with Identity Access Management preferred.
- Native or strong proficiency in English, speaking and writing.
- Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh for the duration of the internship program.
