Pay: $12.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Cleaning Technician for a position based in Chadbourn, NC. This role involves performing general and deep cleaning services in residential homes and school facilities. Candidates must be comfortable with physical labor, including carpet cleaning, moving furniture, and heavy lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
- Complete deep cleaning projects as assigned
- Clean carpets using professional equipment
- Move and rearrange furniture as needed for cleaning tasks
- Lift and carry heavy items safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Provide professional and courteous service at all job sites
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting
- Comfortable working in homes and school environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
