At Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), we don’t throw new grads into the deep end and yell “good luck.” We built a structured 90-day mentorship program to help you grow your skills, build confidence, and learn from experienced PTs who remember exactly what it felt like to be new.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes — no double booking, no packed gym floors
- Building and carrying out individualized treatment plans focused on real-life function
- Working closely with your mentor and interdisciplinary team
- Learning home care best practices while sharpening clinical judgment
- Documenting visits in a user-friendly EMR (we promise, it won’t ruin your evenings)
