Who You Are:
We seek a candidate with a strong positive attitude towards customer service to act as a Senior Concierge Sales Specialist. This is a hybrid remote role. The right candidate will always strive to do the best job possible, be creative, and work towards accomplishing company goals.

Responsibilities:
The Senior Concierge Sales Specialist is responsible for generating admissions for the Senior Concierge program and/or any other FV Ventures initiatives by effectively representing, negotiating, and promoting the programs to individual consumers and influencers. Accountable for planning, developing, directing, and coordinating all aspects of selling and marketing of the “Senior Concierge Programs” to qualified seniors. Utilizes sales acumen, strategic skills, and business acumen to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders and partners to meet and surpass program goals.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years in a community outreach, outbound sales, or lead generation position.Demonstrated ability to speak in public to large groups and small groups and to be able to successfully manage both agreeable and potentially disagreeable audience members.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.Adaptability and willingness to embrace feedback for continuous improvement.A polished and professional demeanor that represents the organization well in public forums, speaking engagements, and subject matter expert panels.Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, change management, and structuring of sales goals and revenue expectations.Strategic and creative mindset and meticulous attention to detail.Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
