Key Responsibilities

Creative Development & Execution
- Develop and execute original creative concepts for marketing campaigns and branding efforts
- Design and edit marketing materials including digital content, print collateral, presentations, and promotional assets
- Maintain brand consistency while introducing innovative and fresh visual ideas
- Manage creative projects from concept through final delivery with minimal supervision
Digital Marketing & Content
- Draft, schedule, and publish engaging content across the companys digital channels (website, social media, etc.)
- Maintain and update website content and assets to reflect company initiatives and projects
- Monitor digital engagement and performance to identify areas for improvement
Campaign & Project Management
- Manage multiple marketing projects and timelines independently
- Coordinate deliverables with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Ensure deadlines, priorities, and quality standards are met
Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing performance and generate regular reports
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Recommend improvements to content, strategy, or campaigns based on data
Administrative & Event Support
- Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and content libraries
- Assist with company events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
- Provide cross-functional support and complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred
1 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, creative development, or content creation
Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Buffer, or similar)
Basic graphic design, video editing, or content management system experience is a plus
