This role involves hands-on carpentry, interpreting work orders and drawings, and maintaining safety and quality on active job sites. Key Responsibilities
Execute assigned carpentry and construction tasks on-site, safely and efficiently.
Interpret and follow blueprints, work orders, and safety guidelines.
Operate tools and equipment such as ladders, paint tools, airless sprayers, and motorized lifts.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
Perform basic site preparation including framing, demolition, finishing, and installations.
Communicate clearly with management for instructions, updates, or work clarifications.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and report injuries or incidents promptly.
Drive to job sites and ensure proper use and care of company vehicles and tools.
Inspect tools and equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Uphold the companys core values on and off the job site.
Perform other duties as assigned to support field operations.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and safety instructions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic math and problem-solving abilities.
Must be physically able to lift and carry 50+ lbs and perform construction site tasks (climbing, kneeling, standing, etc.).
Valid drivers license required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
No specific licenses or certifications required, but safety-mindedness is essential.
