The mission of CPLC's Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) is to promote the health, well-being, and stability of refugees, unaccompanied alien children, and other eligible individuals and families, through culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based services. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
You will provide direct nursing care and guidance for Unaccompanied Minors (UMs) in our programs, working closely with the Medical Director and contracted physicians. Your role ensures that clinical services, treatments, and interventions meet the highest standards of quality, with an emphasis on disease prevention, health maintenance, and culturally responsive care. You will help maintain compliance with state licensing, Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) requirements, and internal CPLC policies. Your expertise will directly impact the health, well-being, and stability of the individuals and families we serve.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with a bachelor's degree or higher health related qualification (e.g. Physical Assistant, Nurse Practitioner) in the state of employment
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the medical field.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
