What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and care
- Resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently
- Assist with online system navigation and documentation
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ year call center or office experience
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
