We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to serve as the owner, architect, and optimizer of our HubSpot ecosystem. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of marketing, sales, service, and technology.
You’ll be responsible for designing scalable processes, ensuring data integrity, and turning business requirements into smart, automated solutions across HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Product teams to ensure HubSpot supports growth, visibility, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
HubSpot Ownership & Administration
- Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
- Manage users, permissions, pipelines, custom properties, objects, workflows, and integrations
Automation & Platform Optimization
- Design and maintain workflows, lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, email templates, forms, and lists
- Continuously optimize automation to improve lead flow, handoffs, and customer visibility
Integrations & Data Flow
- Oversee data syncing and integrations between HubSpot and internal systems, websites, analytics tools, and reporting platforms
- Support API-based and native integrations to ensure accurate, real-time data
Reporting & Insights
- Build dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights on lead performance, attribution, funnel health, and ROI
- Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable analytics
Data Governance & Hygiene
- Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, deduplication processes, and property governance
- Ensure data accuracy for segmentation, reporting, and automation
Documentation & Enablement
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, configurations, and data models
- Support onboarding and training for internal teams
Platform Growth & Innovation
- Evaluate new HubSpot features, betas, and integrations
- Recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, visibility, and scale
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- HubSpot certifications (Admin, Operations, or Marketing Software) strongly preferred
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience (multi-hub preferred)
- Proven success building workflows, lead scoring, and automation logic
- Experience integrating HubSpot with CRMs, analytics, or ERP systems
- Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle management, and reporting
Technical Skills
- Advanced HubSpot administration (workflows, custom objects, imports/exports, sequences)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email or template customization
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL, or data modeling is a plus
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Zapier, Looker, or Tableau is a plus
Soft Skills
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
