Responsibilities:

Provide direct basic patient care, timely notification to appropriate staff on completion of patient care and for patient status changes on the assigned shift.
Adhere to all standards of patient care and promoting a team effort among co-workers.
Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
Job Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (“CRC”) certificate. If interested in obtaining CRC register as a Job Seeker at

Experience: No minimum experience required. One (1) year experience preferred.
Certifications: Current Arkansas nursing assistant certification preferred. BLS required. Safety Care Certification required within six (6) months.
Safety Sensitive Designation:
This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.
