A successful candidate will have experience working in lease sales support roles, documentation and contracts administration in a commercial equipment finance and leasing setting and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The person in this position will join the Contracts and Documentation team supporting our Client Solutions channel which is an integral part of Dext operations team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:· Coordinate and complete documentation of large ticket, complex equipment loan/lease transactions in compliance with policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines and investor standards by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information within designated timeframes.· Actively communicate with staff, customers, sources, legal counsel and others to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete the file.· Coordinate closing and funding of assigned transaction packages, calculating final closing costs and disbursing funds.· Work with legal counsel on lease/loan contract negotiations.· Provide leadership and training to the members of the Documentation Team.· Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the lease documentation and administration process. Develop and implement new procedures to streamline processes in the large ticket space and enhance customer satisfaction.· Collaborate with other departments such as legal, finance and credit to facilitate efficient lease documentation and administration.
Preferred Skills/Experience:· 5 Years experience in Equipment Finance Documentation· Thorough knowledge of legal documents used to support commercial leases/loans originations· Advance knowledge of UCC laws and state regulations· Experience working with legal staff to solve documentation needs· Ability to apply critical thinking for all elements of loan documentation construction· Ability to master various software used in preparation of documents and funding packages· Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, high production, professional environment· Strong organizational skills· Effective verbal and written communication skills· Experience with Aspire Preferred· CLFP Preferred
The pay range for this role is:65,000 - 80,000 USD per year(United States)
