Assistwith apartment make-ready proceduresMake regular inspections of the grounds and buildingsMake repairs or replacements as necessary and with Supervisor approvalMaintain inventory of tools, equipment, and suppliesAvailable oron-callfor after-hours emergencies when assignedAbility to manage multiple sites and responsibilities Qualifications - Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, or diagram formPreviousexperience in property maintenance is notrequired, but a willingness to learn and a teachable attitude are preferredSome knowledge of painting and drywall patchingMinor appliance skillsGeneral knowledge about building equipmentAble to evaluate deficiencies such as excessive wear or troubleshoot faulty partsFamiliarity with plumbing repairs - change garbage disposals and replace faucetsHandle service callsin a timely mannerGood safety habitsAble to speak to residents andmaintaingood working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the propertyReliable transportation We’re invested in you — because your well-being fuels your success.
