Position Summary:
The Caf Manager is responsible for overseeing daily caf operations while leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team. This role ensures exceptional customer service, consistent product quality, operational excellence, and alignment with brand standards. The Caf Manager serves as a role model for the brand and is accountable for achieving sales goals, maintaining compliance, and fostering a welcoming caf environment.
Essential Duties:
Lead, collaborate, inspire, and train the caf barista team
Interview and hire new team members
Work as part of an enthusiastic, fun, high-energy team
Implement and monitor compliance with store policies and practices
Perform administrative duties, including ordering, scheduling, inventory, and other operational tasks
Open and close the caf, completing all required duties and expectations
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented caf, bar, and workspace
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
Prepare specialty coffee beverages of the highest quality, as well as other drinks and food items
Maintain up-to-date coffee knowledge and clearly communicate product information to customers
Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality control standards
Qualifications:
Previous caf, coffee, or hospitality management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for coffee, quality, and customer experience
Ability to work flexible schedules, including opening and closing shifts
