Pineapple House of Sapphire Lakes in Naples, Florida, is seeking a talented and experienced Gourmet Chef with strong leadership skills to oversee our food service department. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative, high-quality gourmet menus that meet the standards of our establishment
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation and presentation
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and maintaining food safety standards
- Collaborate with management to plan special events and menu offerings that enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor food costs and optimize operational efficiency to meet financial targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a gourmet chef, with a strong portfolio of culinary creations
