The Role at a Glance This role oversees customer moves, conducts vehicle inspections, and ensures safe transport of goods while delivering top-tier customer service. How You’ll Contribute In this role, you will manage a team of up to five during customer moves. You’ll be responsible for conducting pre-trip inspections, transporting customer belongings safely, and ensuring each move is executed smoothly and efficiently. As the face of Hilldrup on the job site, you’ll be expected to uphold a high standard of professionalism. This is a physically demanding role that requires you to lift up to 100 pounds on your own and up to 400 pounds with a team. This role also requires you to work in varying temperatures both inside and outside. Being dependable, punctual, and team-oriented is essential. Depending on the time of the year and the needs of your warehouse, other duties may be assigned.
