If you excel in high-energy environments, have strong situational awareness, and pride yourself on preventing loss before it occurs — this is the role for you.Join one of California’s fastest-growing security companies and be part of a team committed to safety, integrity, and proactive protection.📍 Position: Retail Security Officer (Suit and Tie)Location: San Ysidro, CAType: Part-TimePay: $18.00 (Based on experience & availability)Shift: Day Shifts 🔒 Key Responsibilities:Maintain a strong security presence inside a high-volume retail storeObserve, identify, and report suspicious behavior or potential theft activityEntrance security for high-visibility loss prevention Deter theft through professional engagement and observationSupport store management during incidents or emergenciesComplete accurate written reports on incidents, observations, or recoveriesMonitor entrances/exits and enforce store loss-prevention policiesWork closely with retail staff to maintain a safe and secure shopping environmentRespond quickly and professionally to high-risk situations✅ Requirements:Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)Own a
