Job Description:
The Server provides exceptional dining service to guests by ensuring accuracy, presentation, and overall satisfaction. Responsible for greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving dishes on time, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently and input them into the POS system.
- Deliver orders promptly according to service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure timely delivery of food to avoid delays.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables and the dining area.
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy.
- Restock stations as needed.
- Always follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
- Perform side duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of menu items and ability to describe them to guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
