Responsibilities
Conduct in-home OT evaluations
Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders
Provide skilled OT to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, and safety
Educate patients and caregivers
Document visits accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Supervise COTAs as assigned
Qualifications
Accredited OT degree
Active Virginia OT license
3+ years OT experience (home health preferred)
COTA supervision experience
EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or HCHB preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
