What You’ll Do
Assist PTs with patient care in the home
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and ADL support
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home programs
Monitor progress and document visits accurately
What You Need
PTA Associate’s degree
Active MD PTA license or eligibility
Home health or rehab experience preferred
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
