Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide patient-centered therapy services in the home under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
Assist with patient assessments and treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and functional ADL training
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home programs
Document visits accurately per regulations
Communicate patient progress with the care team
Travel to patient homes within assigned service areas
Qualifications
Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
Active Maryland OTA license (or eligible)
Minimum 2 years OTA experience (home health preferred)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
