About The Role:
As a Loan Coordinator at Lendmarq, you will play a pivotal role in our nationwide real estate operations, overseeing the loan process from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include hands-on management of each loan file, ensuring that all conditions are met, and proactively addressing any challenges that arise to facilitate smooth transactions. You will collaborate closely with clients, brokers, correspondents, and vendors throughout the transaction.
What You'll Do:
- Review loan conditions and analyze problems to find effective solutions for clearance.
- Identify and address processing pipeline issues, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with technology systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance, answering queries, and guiding them through the loan application process.
- Continuously evaluate and refine loan processing workflows and procedures to optimize efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance the overall client experience.
- Maintain and update loan application pipelines, tracking the status of each application, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address issues to ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and closing agents to facilitate seamless communication and coordination throughout the loan processing lifecycle.
- Analyze credit and background for each file to ensure their loan profile falls within our guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Prepare and organize loan documentation, ensuring all required forms and contracts are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain effective communication on loan status with partners and coding and maintain Salesforce information.
- Coordinate timelines with borrower’s title companies, insurance agents, appraisers, and third-party vendors to obtain necessary information.
- Know your processing pipeline, identifying speed bumps, bottlenecks, and proposing solutions.
- Identify and communicate risks and pitfalls to avoid when working through loan files.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security while handling personal information, both verbally and in written documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
