Job Title: Therapist I
Department: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
Shift: The operating hours for this program is 7AM to 10PM, 7 days per week; Shifts may vary within a 40 hour work week to meet the needs of the program.
On Call: ACT is a 24/7 program with on call supports after hours. ACT team members take turns with on call by rotating once per week to support after hours on call needs.

Salary: Therapist I annual salary is $60-$70K depending on experience. Therapist II-IV salaries are at higher pay grades, and are obtained with more than three years of experience.

What You’ll Do
- Drive Positive Outcomes: Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that help clients achieve measurable progress.
- Lead Crisis Solutions: Collaborate with our mobile crisis team one day per week at the Crisis Stabilization Center to provide rapid, effective support for ACT clients.
- Deliver Impactful Therapy: Provide brief, solution-focused individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse adult population—helping clients build skills and resilience.
- Champion Recovery: Offer medically appropriate services such as psychiatric rehabilitation, CBT, skills training, housing support, and trauma-informed care.
- Ensure Safety & Stability: Evaluate risk, initiate crisis services when needed, and maintain health and safety standards for all clients.
- Collaborate for Success: Work within an interdisciplinary team, participate in case conferences, and contribute to admission/discharge planning for higher levels of care.
- Leverage Technology: Maintain accurate electronic health records and utilize telehealth tools to enhance accessibility and continuity of care.

Qualifications
- Must meet QMHP requirements with a graduate degree in psychology, social work, behavioral science, or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Ability to maintain certification/licensure throughout employment.
