Family Physician within our
360 Degree Care Program. This is a
part -time in clinic, providing primary care services. You will support comprehensive patient care through the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute, chronic, and preventive health needs.This position requires on-site work at our clinic in Calgary, Alberta.Schedule requirement:First 6 months: Tuesdays & Wednesdays 8:00-4:30After 6 months: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays
What you will be doing:Provide full-scope family medicine care within the 360 Degree Care ProgramCare out all duties as a required as a primary Care physician.On going on call coverage when needed.Diagnose, treat, and manage urgent, acute, and chronic health concernsConduct preventive health assessments and ongoing wellness managementOrder, interpret, and act on diagnostic and screening testsPrescribe medications and therapeutic interventionsPerform minor procedures within scopeCollaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team to ensure cohesive patient managementParticipate in team building activities when schedule allowsUphold all WELL Health core values ( Team, Care, Passion & Integrity) Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation in the EMRParticipate in patient follow-up, result communication, and care planningSupport program development and continuous improvement within 360 Degree Care
You have:Licensed and in good standing with the
College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA), needs to be a member of CMPA.CCFP designation preferredStrong clinical experience in primary care, including acute, chronic, and preventive health managementExperience or interest in lifestyle medicine, longevity medicineComfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environmentExcellent communication skills with patients and team membersComputer literacy and comfort with EMR systemsConfident, approachable, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
