HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
As the Assistant Community Manager, you will be the on-site support powerhouse ensuring the smooth daily operations of our rental community. You will partner closely with the Community Manager to keep office functions running efficiently, support rental activities, and build strong, positive relationships with residents.
You will:
Support rental operations, tours, applications, move-ins, and resident onboarding.
Manage daily office functions, communications, work orders, and rent processing.
Maintain a warm, professional environment that reflects Tiempo’s exceptional customer service standards.
Be trusted with certain supervisory tasks at the discretion of the Community Manager.
Your work helps ensure that residents feel valued, supported, and excited to call our community home.

You are customer-focused, organized, and ready to shine in a fast-paced property management environment. You enjoy engaging with residents, supporting office operations, and keeping everything running smoothly. You’re someone who takes pride in professionalism, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service every day.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Education / Background
One year of verifiable property management experience in Arizona, ideally in a supervisory or leadership-support role.
Skills & Requirements
Strong sales, administrative, and customer service skills.
Ability to read and write simple correspondence and communicate effectively in one-on-one or small group settings.
Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing; calculating percentages, commissions, etc.).
Strong common-sense reasoning and the ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions.
Other Requirements
Consistent professional appearance and demeanor.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established Tiempo policies and procedures.
Willingness to complete daily inspections, reports, competitive market research, and other assigned duties.
