HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
YOU will:
- Be responsible for administration of employee benefits and oversee the wellness program.
- Provide special guidance and assistance to all locations on various employee benefit plans and wellness program as needed.
- Survey industry and/or community to determine the company's competitive position in employee benefits.
- Develop, recommend, install approved, new, or modified plans and employee benefit policies, and supervise administration of existing plans.
- Develop cost control procedures to assure maximum coverage at the least possible cost to the company and employees.
- Serve as the liaison between CPLC and insurance brokers to coordinate the administration of the employee benefits program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or a minimum of 6 years of direct related experience required in a position overseeing Employee Benefits and management of employee benefits administration.
Any appropriate combination of education and benefits administration experience will be considered.
CEBP certification, preferred
Bilingual English and Spanish
