LB Capital is seeking a creative and results-driven Content Marketing Strategist to lead content initiatives for all Build It to Sell It! brands. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who loves storytelling, brand building, and creating content that drives engagement and growth.Youll shape our brand voice, lead email marketing and social media strategy, and collaborate across teams to deliver content that converts.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with company
goals.Build and manage editorial calendars for social media, blogs, and email
marketing.Use audience insights and analytics to refine messaging and boost
engagement.Partner with leadership and design teams to align content with sales and marketing objectives.Content CreationWrite and edit compelling content for email, social media, blogs, and landing
pages.Ensure tone, style, and messaging stay consistent across
platforms.Collaborate on videos, graphics, and testimonials with internal and external
creators.Optimize content to increase conversions and visibility.Email MarketingPlan and execute targeted email campaigns that nurture leads and engage
clients.Segment audiences and personalize messaging to drive
results.Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and run A/B
tests.Align campaigns with sales and project management priorities.Social Media ManagementManage and grow brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and
YouTube.Build campaigns that tell our story and support recruitment or
sales.Monitor performance and engagement to continuously improve strategies.Qualifications35 years of experience in content, digital marketing, or social media
strategy.Strong writing and storytelling skills with adaptable
tone.Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).Familiarity with
ServiceTitan Marketing Pro (preferred).Strong understanding of analytics and performance
metrics.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment.Creative mindset with a passion for brand building and engagement.Preferred SkillsExperience in home improvement, construction, or real estate
industries.Knowledge of SEO and keyword
