What you'll do
- Prepare and serve a variety beverages according to established recipes and standards, serve customers, handle POS
- Maintain a clean work area as you go, organized, and efficient workspace, ensuring all health and safety standards are met
- Keep organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Play an active role in: restocking, opening/closing duties, serving guests, maintaining the room
- Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, ensuring freshness and quality.
- During busy periods, collaborate with team members to ensure smooth overall operations
Qualifications
- 6months of experience in customer service and hospitality
- Serving it Right and Food Safe Certifications are an required
