Host/Hostess
- We are looking for welcoming Hosts & Hostesses to enhance our front door team. As a Host, you set the tone for every customer experience, from the first hello to the last goodbye. To put it simply, the restaurant wouldn't run smoothly without you!
What you'll do
- Create and maintain the flow of the restaurant, by managing the seating, support the Front House
- Help create a great interaction with the customers. Elevate the customer experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with customers.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
- Work with Food Apps: to Support the service team using customer interaction technologies including Skip the Dishes, Door Dash, etc.
Qualifications
- 6 months experience in customer service
- A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, fun and the customer experience
- Background in hospitality or restaurant preferable
- Good understanding of how restaurant management systems work
- Food Safe and Serving it Right certifications are an asset
