Position SummaryAs a Registered Client Service Specialist, you will work directly with high-producing financial advisors to deliver a personalized and impactful client experience. This role combines operational precision with financial planning support, offering you the opportunity to apply your industry knowledge, strengthen relationships, and contribute meaningfully to client outcomes. Key Responsibilities- Assist advisors with financial planning tasks such as investment research, portfolio materials, and plan development.
- Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and summaries, entering data into the CRM, escorting clients, and managing follow-up tasks.
- Manage new business processing by preparing forms, securing signatures, tracking insurance applications, and coordinating rollovers.
- Support marketing and client engagement initiatives, including event logistics and compliance documentation.
- Complete operational duties such as account maintenance, trade execution, and transaction processing.
- Provide administrative support, including phones, expense reports, file setup, and client correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proactively support relationship management by addressing client needs and building strong client relationships through clear communication.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance onboarding and internal operations.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and firm compliance standards.
- Independently manage complex administrative and client service functions.
QualificationsRequired- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a client-facing or financial services role
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/65/66 (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Preferred- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field of study
- Experience handling escalated client issues
- Prior experience in a financial institution or investment firm
- State insurance licenses (Life, Accident, Health, Variable) or the ability to obtain within 150 days
Working ConditionsPhysical Demands- Requires vision, speech, and hearing, and a low level of physical activity to include sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and carrying as required.
Environmental Factors- Primarily Indoors, office setting.
CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $50,000 – $60,000 per year.
