Crew Member
A Crew member is responsible for providing excellent guest service while executing operation and service standards of the Company. Depending on experience, availability and desire, a crew member will be trained in raw ingredient preparation, menu item preparation and guest service.
A crem member may also perform delivery duties as a Delivery Driver. A crew member with Delivery duties is required to have a valid Driver License with a good driving history. You may be required to use your own vehicle with insurance and will be reimbursed for mileage.
You may be required to frequently stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. You will occasionally have to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and use hands to finger, handle or feel and lift up to 45 pounds.
Some examples of daily duties include Pizza preparation, routine cleanings, dishwashing, order taking, Cashier, Pizza Delivery when delivering. Crew members are expected to manage and perform multiple tasks and able to work effectively within a team environment. Some job duties have limitations relative to age.
Qualifications:
- Good personal grooming & hygiene.
- Strong Communication & hands on Skills including multi-tasking
- Strong customer service skills
- Stand up for 8 hours
- Able to lift up to 45 pounds
- Valid Driver License with good driving history, Auto Insurance, and at least 18 years of age, to perform Delivery duties.
Pay Rate: $16.66 - $20 / hour
