This role is focused on afternoon and evening service calls, handling everything from routine plumbing repairs to emergency after-hours drain work. You'll work directly with customers, providing expert diagnostics, repair options, and installations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and installations with attention to detail and quality.
- Communicate professionally with customers, providing accurate service options and quotes.
- Handle a wide range of plumbing tasks, including:
- Faucet repairs, toilet installation, and garbage disposal replacement.
- Drain cleaning, leak detection, and sewer line repair/replacement.
- Water heater installation, recirculation pumps, and gas piping.
- Remodel-related plumbing services.
- Respond to emergency service calls and after-hours drain work during afternoon/evening shifts.
- Complete all jobs with a customer-first mindset, ensuring satisfaction and safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of residential plumbing service experience.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Experience quoting and presenting repair/install options.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to work independently and be dispatched from home.
- HVAC experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule
