In this senior leadership role, you’ll focus on guiding and supporting our Care Team to achieve exceptional outcomes while driving business growth. You will head of a team of Care Managers to provide daily leadership, professional development and a point of escalation to ensure we are able to provide quality person-centred care.
You will lead efforts to attract new clients and enhance customer satisfaction. By fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, you’ll ensure our team delivers high-quality care and services that meet the Aged Care Quality Standards.

About you
- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Experience in Aged Care or Disability, experience in Case Management
- Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Allied Health disciplines or Leadership
- Understanding of Aged Care and Disability related legislation and regulations for home care services
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership, mentoring, guidance and training to a team of Care Managers, ensuring best practice to deliver consistent high-quality care
- Evaluate and review clients to stimulate business growth, employ strategies for future growth, and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage care operations and ensure and maintain accurate client records in RMS, My Aged Care, and the Aged Care Provider portal, including new clients, discharges, and monthly claims
- Review and approve Care Plans, ensuring client needs and management strategies are properly documented and addressed
- Manage ACQSC standards components, including audits and Consumer committee
