Custom Wood Designs by Michael Marion Inc is seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker to join our high-quality woodworking team. This full-time, on-site position involves working in our clean, organized, and low-stress workshop to produce custom residential cabinetry and wood products. Key Responsibilities
Build and assemble custom wood cabinetry and components based on specifications and shop drawings.
Operate woodworking machinery and power tools with a focus on precision and safety.
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with accuracy.
Perform finishing work such as sanding, trimming, and fitting to ensure flawless results.
Maintain clean and organized workspaces at all times.
Collaborate with the shop team to meet production deadlines.
Follow safety procedures and company policies during all phases of work.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in woodworking or cabinet making preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong work ethic, fast learner, and motivated to build quality work.
Well-rounded skill set in hand and power tool usage.
Ability to read and follow shop drawings or instructions.
Punctuality and professionalism are a must.

Must work the day before and after a holiday to receive holiday pay.
