Role:
To assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area.
To assist with all activities associated with member lending, account opening, process member transactions and respond to member needs for information and assistance with their Credit Union business.
To ensure members and potential members receive fast, courteous, and accurate service on the telephone.
Compensation details: 18.39 Hourly Wage
