ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGIST: Up to $10,000 Commitment Bonus

POSITION SUMMARY
- Produces ultrasonic images and participates in special studies under the clinical direction of a Radiologist or Physician. Evaluates quality of ultrasonic images. Provides a safe patient environment. Participates in other necessary activities in support of departmental operations.
EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Required:
  - Graduation from a CAHEA (AMA) accredited radiography program, or its ultrasound equivalent.
  - Current registration with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS) with up to date continuing education credits, or ARRT with equivalent training or experience.
  - BCLS certified; recertification required annually.
- Preferred:
  - Associate Degree in ultrasound technology or radiography, with prior experience as a medical sonographer.
