Position:
- Flex Support Driver [Class A CDL with Doubles]
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Schedule is Flexed between day shifts and overnight shifts depending on demand for the current week. Exp. You might run day shifts for 5 weeks and then possibly 2 weeks overnight. The shift will stay the same for the current week.
- Drop and Hook, pulling doubles and single trailers for FedEx Ground
- Position will cover shifts out of Rogers, Mahtomedi, & New Brighton, Mn.

Basic Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A License: Must hold a current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Driving Experience: A minimum of 1 year of Class A CDL driving experience is required.
- Doubles/Triples Endorsement: Must possess a valid Doubles/Triples Endorsement or be willing to obtain one.
- Basic Mechanical Knowledge: Ability to demonstrate basic mechanical commonsense related to truck operations.
- Cleanliness Standards: Commitment to keeping the truck's interior clean and well-maintained.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using technology for Electronic Logging Device, navigation and communication tasks.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and customers.
The pay range for this role is:1,500 - 1,900 USD per week(FedEx Ground Rogers)
