What You'll Do
- Perform personalized aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, RF microneedling, and energy-based devices.
- Build custom confidence plans for guests through expert consultation and education.
- Ensure clinical excellence, compliance, and safety at every step.
- Stay current with new techniques and trends in medical aesthetics and facial rejuvenation.
- Deliver a five-star experience that reflects the Face Forward Aesthetics brand.
What You'll Bring
Required:
- Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner License
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN or equivalent)
- Passion for aesthetics and patient-centered care
- Strong communication and consultative skills
Preferred
- 2+ years of NP experience
- Experience in injectables, medspa, or dermatology (preferred but not required we'll train you!)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $110,000 – $125,000
- Incentives: Monthly bonus
- Time Off: 30 days PTO + paid holidays
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, HSA, life insurance, company paid short term and long term disability, hospital indemnity, and accident insurance available
