About Brand Junkie Workwear
Brand Junkie Workwear is an exciting new division of Brand Junkie, built on our foundation of creativity, precision, and service. Based in Texas, Brand Junkie leads in premium branded apparel and custom merchandise  and our Workwear Division brings that same excellence to flame-resistant (FR) and customized uniforms for oil, gas, and industrial trades.
Our Nederland, TX retail showroom  currently nearing completion  will serve as the flagship location for a growing regional network dedicated to outfitting the men and women who keep America running, combining safety, durability, and modern style in every product we deliver.
About the role
Joining Brand Junkie Workwear means becoming part of the larger Brand Junkie team  a company built on creativity, quality, and connection. The Nederland store team will play a key role in shaping the in-store experience and setting the foundation for how we serve our industrial and trade customers across the region. 
As a member of our Nederland team, you'll help shape the store's success, influence how we serve industrial and trade customers, and play a vital role in setting the tone for future Brand Junkie Workwear locations. This is more than just a store launch  it's your chance to help build something lasting from the start.
What you'll do
As the Store Manager of our Brand Junkie Workwear flagship in Nederland, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for creating an exceptional retail experience while ensuring smooth, efficient operations. You'll build, coach, and inspire a small, high-performing team that delivers top-tier service to our customers  from individual tradespeople to large industrial clients.
In this role, you will:
- Lead all aspects of daily store operations  staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and workflow management.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 5–6 associates to deliver excellent service and uphold Brand Junkie standards.
- Drive sales performance through goal setting, team coaching, and hands-on floor leadership.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, product presentation, and store appearance that reflect our professional workwear aesthetic.
- Support community engagement and customer relationships as directed by the General Manager of Operations  helping introduce Brand Junkie Workwear to the local market.
- Monitor key performance metrics (sales, labor, customer satisfaction) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Enforce safety, loss prevention, and FR apparel handling standards to ensure compliance and protect both employees and customers.
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment where accountability, teamwork, and pride of service drive results.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience  apparel or workwear experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams in a customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and achieving operational goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize multiple demands in a busy retail setting.
- Working knowledge of retail systems and reporting tools (POS, inventory, scheduling, or ERP software).
- Familiarity with basic safety and compliance practices in a retail or industrial environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods in a retail or warehouse setting.
- Schedule flexibility to support weekday, Saturday, and occasional holiday operations.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with flame-resistant (FR) or industrial apparel, safety standards, or uniform programs.
- Interest in community engagement and building lasting customer relationships in the local market.
- A genuine passion for quality, craftsmanship, and representing a brand built on pride and service.
The pay range for this role is:55,000 - 68,000 USD per year(Nederland, Texas)
