Role Overview
The Website Operations Specialist will manage and maintain our WordPress websites, landing pages, and content templates. This role is not a development or content creation position; instead, it focuses on administration, setup, quality assurance, and execution. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and can work efficiently within our CMS to ensure fast, error-free page launches that align with marketing and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
•Build, configure, and publish landing pages using WordPress templates.
•Upload, format, and manage content, images, videos, and other digital assets.
•Ensure pages are responsive, functional, and meet brand quality standards.
•Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to execute campaigns.
•Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve broken links, formatting issues, or content gaps.
•Support A/B testing and conversion optimization efforts by updating templates and assets as needed.
•Maintain familiarity with WordPress plugins, basic troubleshooting, and CMS best practices.
Qualifications
•1+ years of experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and deadlines.
•Familiarity with digital marketing workflows (landing pages, lead forms, campaign pages) a plus.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
